This is the best forum for small cap companies and professionals in M&A transactions in Montreal. There is a need for well-managed companies to meet a variety of investors with whom they can discuss their requirements and plans to grow their companies. The forum will bring the players together as a two way learning experience through presentations, stimulating keynote speakers, special facilities to enhance direct discussions, and networking venues all taking place in one of Montreal’s newest and most chic environments.

We intend to break new ground in the M&A transactional space. The newly formed M&A Club of Montreal members will be active participants. We already have expressions of interest from several interesting companies wishing to present.
